After Round 1, Uni defeated Mattoon twice, with new first board Ansul Adue leading the way. Charleston fell to Danville in both matches, with the second match the difference of one draw. Danville's Elisha Cardinal won both matches on board two. Bismarck proved no match for Urbana, led by Penny Xu. Rantoul and LaSalette are yet to play. The next matches are October 24.
